Denise is a partner of the firm’s Conveyancing Department.
Denise has 12 years of legal experience in real estate and property matters having acted for individuals and businesses including developers, corporations and financial institutions.
She deals broadly in all forms of real estate transactions including acquisitions, leasing and disposition of property assets, financing and tax issues relating to real estate, tenancies and licenses both residential and commercial in nature.
She regularly advises developers on the completion of the sale and purchase agreements and also corporate landlords on tenancy and management matters on commercial development comprising major shopping malls and also shop offices in the Klang Valley, including prior to and after the completion of the construction of the shopping malls.
As she started her legal practice dealing in civil and commercial litigation and having worked alongside notable litigation counsels in Malaysia, she has insights and experiences to provide comprehensive advise to her clients from the stage of negotiating and drafting agreements to possible litigation scenarios that may arise.
She is proficient in English, Malay and Chinese.
